The innovation hub guides and promotes social entrepreneurship by diverse leadership network’s participants, aiming to create movement on the ground and increase the depth and breadth of TEMA’s impact and promote its vision and goals as described above. Launched in 2024, the first cycle of the hub includes 11 initiatives, led by leaders from TEMA’s diverse groups, which work with various audiences using diverse tools and voices to promote engagement with the conflict.
Through developing an entrepreneurial community and holding group meetings for its members, providing mentoring and individual consulting, and raising investments to support initiatives – TEMA serves as a platform enabling entrepreneurs to act in the field to create growing impact that will promote change and readiness for conflict transformation. During 2025 the hub will accompany initiatives from the first cycle, and plans to open a second round of initiatives.
