Active Diverse Leadership

network of leaders from different identity groups and worldviews, who are taking responsibility and acting effectively and urgently to promote substantive, practical and inclusive engagement with the conflict. This network currently includes almost 200 participants operating in 6 identity groups – National Religious, Ultra-Orthodox, Secular, Traditional-Mizrahi, Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel, and a diverse Jewish women’s group – as well as additional leaders who accompany the groups in various ways.

During 2025, the groups will conduct
a series of meetings focusing on formulating the range of worldviews existing in each group, followed by meetings between and across all groups. The meetings aim to strengthen participants’ ability to bear diverse worldviews, expand their political imagination and lead actions, strengthening society’s resilience and readiness towards transformation of the conflict and a prosperous future for Israel and all the residents
of the region.
